- 60g kale leaves
- 1 avocado – peeled and stone removed
- 2 stick celery – chopped
- 110g cucumber – peeled
- 480ml unsweetened almond milk or regular milk
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter you can use any nut butter you like
- 4 Tbsp lemon juice freshly squeeze
